Publishing and order status
How long until my post is live?
Each site shows its usual turnaround on its catalog card, typically 2 to 5 days. The clock starts once the order is paid and we have your article. We email the live URL, and it appears on your order page.
What do the order statuses mean?
- Received: we have your order.
- Ready to pay: confirmed, waiting for payment.
- Paid / In progress: in the publishing queue.
- Live: every post in the order is published.
Each post also has its own status: waiting for article, with the editor, or live.
