Refunds & link guarantee

Not published? Full refund

If we cannot publish a paid post within 14 days of payment, you can choose a replacement site or a full refund for that post.

Link guarantee

If a post or its link is removed within 12 months of publication, we restore it or republish it on a comparable site for free. If neither is possible, we refund that post.

What isn't refundable

Posts that were published as ordered, changes you request after publication, or removals caused by your own target page going offline or changing to content the site does not accept.

How to ask

Reply to your order email or write to us with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
