DoFo//ow operates as a marketplace connecting advertisers seeking backlinks with publishers offering link placement opportunities. We facilitate the discovery, negotiation, and execution of link insertion services on high-authority websites across various industries and niches.
Advertiser Services
As an advertiser, you can browse our database of verified publishers, place link insertion orders, specify anchor text and target URLs, track campaign performance, and manage your backlink portfolio. We provide tools for keyword research, competitor analysis, and ROI tracking.
Publisher Services
As a publisher, you can list your websites, set pricing for link placements, review and approve link insertion requests, manage existing links, and receive payments for approved placements. We provide WordPress integration, automated link insertion, and comprehensive analytics.
Platform Features
Our platform includes features such as automated link discovery, content analysis, domain rating metrics, traffic statistics, niche categorization, bulk order processing, API access, and detailed reporting dashboards. We continuously update and improve these features.
User Obligations and Conduct
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not use DoFo//ow to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, or to violate the rights of others. You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Content Guidelines
All content provided through our platform must be original, non-infringing, and comply with applicable laws. You may not submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Content must not promote illegal activities, violence, or discrimination.
Quality Standards
Advertisers must ensure that target URLs lead to legitimate, functional websites with original content. Publishers must maintain the quality and authority of their websites, ensure links are placed in contextually relevant content, and not engage in link schemes or manipulative practices that violate search engine guidelines.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) use automated systems to access the platform without permission; (b) interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; (d) impersonate others or provide false information; (e) engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services; or (f) remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels.
Payment Terms
Pricing and Fees
Pricing for link placements is set by individual publishers and displayed on the platform. Advertisers agree to pay the listed price for approved placements. DoFo//ow charges a service fee on each transaction, which is clearly disclosed before order confirmation. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for all charges, including applicable taxes, duties, and currency conversion fees.
Publisher Payouts
Publishers receive payment for approved link placements according to the payout schedule specified in their account settings. Minimum payout thresholds apply. We reserve the right to hold payments if we suspect fraudulent activity or terms violations. Payment processing may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment method.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds are provided in cases where publishers fail to deliver agreed-upon services, links are removed prematurely without justification, or services do not meet stated quality standards. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction. We will investigate all disputes and make determinations in good faith.
Non-Payment
Failure to pay amounts when due may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, collection activities, and legal action. You will be responsible for all costs associated with collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in DoFo//ow, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of DoFo//ow and its licensors. This includes our platform design, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and proprietary content. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as explicitly stated.
User Content License
By submitting content to our platform (including website descriptions, anchor text, and other materials), you grant DoFo//ow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing our services. This license continues even after you stop using our services for content that has been shared with other users.
Trademark Usage
You may not use DoFo//ow's trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may violate trademark, copyright, and other laws and is strictly prohibited.
Copyright Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@dofollow.pro with detailed information about the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Service "As Is"
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to facilitate quality link placements, we make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic increases, or other business outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and your website's overall optimization.
Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for content, products, or services provided by publishers or advertisers on our platform. We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for third-party websites, content, or actions. You interact with other platform users at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoFo//ow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoFo//ow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any rights of others; or (d) content you submit to our platform.
Account Termination
Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data. Outstanding financial obligations remain due even after account termination.
Termination by DoFo//ow
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay amounts due, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform, users, or business interests. We may also terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately cease, you must stop all use of our services, and any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Data Retention After Termination
Following account termination, we may retain certain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for other legitimate business purposes. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
General Provisions
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may proceed with formal dispute resolution. You agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and DoFo//ow regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time without notice, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
